HOLISTIC FUSION
This full-body therapeutic massage typically includes deeper work on one or two areas of focus based on specific client needs. The treatment integrates a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point release, range of motion/stretching, reflexology and craniosacral.

SWEDISH RELAXATION
Enjoy a full-body Swedish treatment with vitamin and aroma-infused massage oil to soothe and comfort body and mind. This relaxing massage manipulates the superficial muscle layers to increase circulation and relaxation while decreasing stress and muscle tension.

CRANIOSACRAL ESSENTIALS
Craniosacral therapy (CST) involves gentle manipulations of the skull, spine, and pelvis/sacrum to restore the natural rhythm ("innate intelligence") in the central nervous system. CST promotes deep relaxation and releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Try this treatment to alleviate a wide range of both physical and emotional/psychological symptoms. This treatment is done fully clothed.
